A henna night is one of the most visually generous events in a Kuwaiti wedding. The patterns, the dresses, the trays of sweets, and the low golden light all work in the photographer's favour.

We always begin with details. The henna cone, the back of a hand mid-pattern, the bowl of dried flowers, and the bride's jewellery laid on fabric. These small images set the tone for the rest of the gallery.

Candid moments matter more than staged ones. The best frames usually come from the quiet interactions: a mother adjusting her daughter's sleeve, friends whispering, the bride laughing with her eyes closed while the artist works. We stay at the edges of the room and let the evening unfold.

Light is everything. Henna parties often rely on candles and warm lamps, which is beautiful but low. We avoid using harsh flash on faces and instead look for pockets of window light or candle glow to shape the scene.
